UK Shipping Policy
1. Free standard delivery
Your order is delivered via UPS Standard. Delivery for orders with a value of £65.00 or more will be free of charge.
If your order includes a rechargeable battery, due to legal transport regulations we can only offer free delivery to the UK Mainland.
2. Payment
We currently accept payments via credit card, PayPal (express and standard), Klarna pay later, as well as payments via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
3. Countries
At the moment we are only shipping to the United Kingdom and GBP orders are only accepted from within the United Kingdom.
Check out in Euros if you want your order to be shipped to another country.
4. Shipping
We normally ship your order within 24 hours. However, there are some exceptions, please note we do not process orders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and there will be delays due to the holidays. You can see the estimated delivery time hence dispatch in the table below.
5. Shipping of batteries
According to the transport regulations, rechargeable batteries can only be shipped by certain shipping providers. You will be offered the choice of suitable shipping providers during the check-out process.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship rechargeable batteries to some countries, as we are subject to legal requirements.

We ship to the United Kingdom on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. We declare your shipment to UK customs and cover applicable import VAT, customs duties and standard brokerage fees. These costs are included in your order total, so you should not be charged additional import fees when your parcel is delivered.
UPS cannot deliver to post-office boxes (P.O. Boxes).
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is sent back to us as undeliverable, we will process this item as a return for a refund and we will withhold the initial shipping costs. If the customer does not accept a package we reserve the right to withhold the initial shipping charges and/or charge a return fee of 25 percent of the value of the good. In this case, any additional fees and shipping costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
Please notify iFixit Customer Service if you suspect that an order cannot be delivered to the specified address and you have not received a return confirmation or refund within 6 weeks.
8. Returns
You can return items within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Contact our FixBot support assistant before sending anything back to us, we will respond with an RMA number.
Always add a copy of your invoice and write down the reason of your return.
