What you need

    • Use the Pentalobe screwdriver to remove the two 3.6 mm Pentalobe screws near the dock connector.

Hi Tristan!

This was back in the day when Pentalobe screws were new and controversially proprietary. iFixit sold kits that replaced the screws with common Phillips screws as a gesture towards reparability. Now, Pentalobe screws are considered common, so this guide is not as useful anymore.
