Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓Test whether the speaker for answering phone calls works and change it if necessary. This guide works for Unihertz Atom, not Unihertz Atom XL or any other model.
I suspect that my speaker is broken because water got into it.
You need a speaker that fits the Unihertz Atom's size. It should be 8*9*2.3mm (2~2.3mm). The seller said it also works for another Huawei phone.
To find the speaker, I asked many cellphone parts sellers whether they have speakers in this size. Contact me if you cannot find one; I still have 2 speakers.

Remove the 8 screws on the rear case and remove the rear case.

Remove the 2 screws on the loudspeaker assembly

Pry up the cable connector attaching the battery to the motherboard and remove the battery.

Remove the screws from the camera assembly. Pry open the cable connector at the connection between the camera assembly and the motherboard.

You can now see the earpiece speaker.

Test it with an ohmmeter. Measure its resistance between the left and right metal legs. If it does not make noise while measuring, it is broken.

It is adhered to the phone; remove it using a flathead screwdriver or similar tool.

Place the new speaker into position. In my case, it works fine without glue.

Reassemble the device.

Be careful while installing the camera module, as the cable may appear to fit even if it is in the wrong position. If the camera does not work after you reboot the phone, the cable may be misaligned.

Follow the instructions in reverse order for the reassembly of your device.
