    • Remove back cover really easily as usual.

    • Take away the 3200mAh battery, SIM card and S Pen.

    • Remove 16 screws all together. Be patient.

    • Cut the adhesive sticker along the side of middle housing. Notice: There is no need to separate the LCD screen from mid-plate. So just cut the sticker along side and get the front assembly loosen. Don't do anything else here.

    • Loosen the clasp around battery slot.

    • Push the front assembly out from middle housing with effort and separate them. Find comfortable force point to push. You can start it from top side especially left corner seen from back.

    • Finally remove the middle housing.

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
