  1. -remove the trimming head
    • -remove the trimming head

    • unscrew the x2 screws

    • open the cover

    • clean

  3. remove the other cover and clean it from hair
    • remove the other cover and clean it from hair

    • using a flat screwdriver remove the motherboard

    • clean the hair

    • use anti-rust spray and clean the motor

    • lubricate the trimmer and motor head and close the covers

Thanks this was helpful. The Braun Series 3 Hair Clipper HC3050 has a VERY similar design. Some additional notes: After removing the screws, it takes a bit of force to get the back separated from the front. I had to gently pry it apart with a screw driver. The very inside is slightly different, but same concept.
