Introduction
This guide shows how to remove the outer shell from the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro Wireless controller (also referred to as the Wolverine V3 Pro or Razer Wolverine Series controller). This is a necessary step before you repair or replace an internal component, or if the shell is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Before you begin, power off the controller, disconnect from any cables or devices, and work on a clean, static-free surface.
What you need
-
-
Insert the end of a spudger or opening tool in the seam at the top of the controller.
-
Slide it around the edge to release the retaining clips.
-
Use the spudger to separate the front and back plastic outer shell of the controller.
-
Flip the controller so the bottom is facing up.
-
Use the spudger to separate the plastic covering on the hand grips.
-
-
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.
