This teardown is not a repair guide. To repair your Nespresso inissia, use our service manual.

      • In blue, the disassembly steps

      • You need to use a bit of force with a flathead screwdriver to remove the plastics that are clipped in

      • Do not forget to remove the power cord and the water reservoir support before disassembling the black plastic shells

      • Do not forget to open the capsule compartment to disassemble the end

      • (the capsule compartment locking system (in red) is not repairable if it is broken)

      • In green, the silicone support for the water reservoir

      • In blue, the water presence detector. It is a small wheel that turns with magnets. It is normally placed against the electronic circuit and a component measures the magnetic field (J35aG)

      • In purple, the pump (ULKA Model E Type EN4FM 220-240V 56W 1/1.5min CL H (180) Tf 35°)

      • In red, the capsule receptacle, with a heating resistance, a temperature sensor, and a fuse (IRCA T 230V 1150W NN-39121-1) at the back

      • In orange, a mini printed circuit board (PCB) with 2 LEDs and 2 silicone buttons.

      • Note that the control circuit is built around a Microchip 16LF1824 microcontroller unit (PIC).
