Use this guide to replace or remove the battery in your Lenovo Yoga 710. Battery removal is also essential prior to removal of any connected hardware. Removing the battery can help protect the person and computer from electrical harm during the replacement of other hardware.

Slide an opening tool between the base and back cover and work your way around the entire device to release the back cover.

Remove the four 3.5 mm screws around the battery using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

Disconnect the battery by pulling its cable away from the hinge with a pair of tweezers or your fingers.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.

I had to use a PH000 screwdriver and was only able to remove 1 of the battery screws from the original Lenovo battery. Any suggestions on how to remove the others? Where can I get replacement screws?
