Introduction
The Intex Quick-Fill air pump motor can burn out through normal use over time. The pump fans can also break if a foreign object makes it's way into the pump. If your Intex air pump (Quick-Fill AP636) has ceased to properly function and needs a motor replacement follow this guide to do so. Please make sure air pump is not plugged in before starting replacement.

Remove the air pump attachment by turning it counter clockwise to the unlocked position.

Remove the four screws on the underside of the pump with a Phillips screwdriver.

Remove the red connection that holds motor assembly, removing it from the outer casing.

To reassemble your device, follow the above steps in reverse order.
Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.
