Introduction
Replace a dented, cracked, or scratched casing on your HTC Radar 4G. If your casing is dented, your LCD is most likely damaged too. It would be best if you also replaced your LCD, to restore full functionality to your phone.
What you need

Remove the 4 silver T5 Torx screws from the motherboard protector.

Carefully slide off the motherboard protector.

Remove the 2 black T5 Torx screws from the silver frame.

Gently push on the motherboard until the display starts to come out of its frame.

Once it is at about a 30-degree angle, grab the display and pull it downwards to remove it from the frame.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.
