  2. Remove the 6 silver 2.7mm screws securing the screen bracket to screen bezel. Remove the 6 silver 2.7mm screws securing the screen bracket to screen bezel.

  3. Slice the silver foil tape with a spudger by applying pressure between the frame and the back of the screen case. Slice the silver foil tape with a spudger by applying pressure between the frame and the back of the screen case.

  5. Pull apart the black fabric tape with your fingers.

  6. Use a plastic spudger to peel off the sticker label securing the LCD cable to the LCD display. Gently pull the sticker to disconnect the LCD cable. Do not use excessive force while removing the video cable attached to the back of the LCD.
