The Samsung Serene (SGH-E910) is a luxury clamshell mobile phone developed in a joint venture between Samsung Electronics and Bang & Olufsen, announced in late 2005. Designed by Bang & Olufsen as a minimalist luxury item, the device features a motorized power-assisted aluminum hinge and a unique inverted layout—positioning the display on the lower half and a circular, wheel-operated rotary keypad on the upper half to prevent skin oils from smudging the screen.

The device focuses strictly on high-end industrial design and fundamental communication. It includes a side-mounted VGA camera positioned near the hinge and was packaged with a dedicated heavy desktop charging cradle.
