Background and Identification

The LG Spectrum was an early generation smartphone released in January 2012. It featured an 8MP rear-facing camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera. The phone also ran on Android 4.0 and boasted a 1280x720 HD screen capable of playing HD videos at 30 fps. Unfortunately, the LG Spectrum was quickly sidelined by its superior older brother, the LG Spectrum 2, in October 2012.

The LG Spectrum is a plastic smartphone that comes in black and has a mesh, carbon fiber look on the back. It flaunts an average sized touchscreen encompassed by black plastic on the edges. The plastic border houses the three main menu buttons. The back of the phone is marked with the LG logo and has a the chunky rear-facing camera protruding off of it.
