The Slate 7 model 4601 is HP's smallest tablet, bringing the best of the large screens down to a more usable size. Unveiled February 24, 2013 the Slate 7 comes ready with the newest Android operating system, apps, and even includes built-in Beats audio speakers for high quality media entertainment.

Included in the new HP Slate 7 are a high performance processor, upgraded Bluetooth capabilities, and the optional color choices of red and silver, among many more internal advancements such as the ability to add additional memory.
