The Asus ROG Zephryus G16 GU603 launched from the G16 GU603 series in 2023 is a laptop for gaming, day-to-day use, creating, and media viewing with a 13th Gen Intel^® Core™ i9-13900H Processor 2.6 GHz. Thw current selling point is around $1,600 USD on the ROG official website but can vary on other retail sites. The Asus ROG Zephryus G16 GU603 has won 13 product awards globally in countries such as Germany, Spain, Poland, Ukraine, France, and the Philippines. It is most known for its 16-inch display, processing power, slim and light build, and high-quality LEDs and audio. However, common complaints report a high original price ($2,799), dissatisfying battery life, poor LED and port placements, and fan noise.

Asus ROG Zephryus G16 GU603 combines features of the Zephyrus M16 2022 and Zephyrus G15 series with its main improvements focusing on hardware. While built on the same frame of the earlier Zephyrus M16 2022, the Asus ROG Zephryus G16 GU603 utilizes Nvidia RTX 4000 graphics chips as an Intel platform rather than running on an AMD platform as Zephyrus G models previously have. Its likeness to the Zephyrus G15 series stems from its white and black variations offered in the G15 series but not typically offered in other models and series. The Zephryus G16 GU603 was eventually surpassed by the 2024 Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 GU605 and its GU605MY variant.

This model comes in black or white variations with a kaleidoscopic finishing layer. On the black variant, a black and dark blue, rectangular emblem of the "Republic of Gamers, Est. 2006" is located in the bottom right corner. On the white variant, a similar feature is visible but it is white and light blue instead. Both models have dimensions of 355 x 243 x 19.9/20.5 - 22.3/22.9 mm (13.98" x 9.57" x 0.78").
