Wifi and Bluetooth not working

My wifi and Bluetooth aren't working. My macbook says "wifi: no hardware installed." I tried resetting the PRAM and SMC. I also replaced the I/O board and airport card.

Measure pp3v3_s3_wlan with a multimeter, red probe on where it shows up, black probe on ground which is a screwhole. I am guessing from the year this is an 820-3332 board, so find a schematic and a boardview for that. Was this from a drop, a liquid spill, or out of nowhere?

It is from a liquid spill. I replaced the logic board already.
