depends on the iPad 3 Wifi hardware that lack light on the right of the screen, or just that due to a failure in the retina display?

Sorry, you stated this is an iPhone but also that it is an iPad 3, please can you confirm which item you are having the issue with?

i got the same problem with my ipad and an iphone 6 plus.

the brightness is really low i have to light a flash light to see a little bit on my ipad or iphone

Options

The lcd connector needs reattaching. It is not completely seated correctly clean with isopropyl alcohol and reseat the cable.
