power problems need help as soon as possible

My dv2000 want boot up I have to reset the battery and then when I do that I get the three blinking lights and still nothing can someone please help me.

Have you removed your RAM to check if you get a POST beep of any kind?

which blinking lights are they? caps lock and number lock, battery light, power light, etc.

try these steps

1. unplug the battery and the power cable

2. hold the power button for about 30 seconds

3. plug in the battery

4. try to power on
