Replace the fan of a normal mb pro for the retina one?

the idea of a quiet fan on my mb pro 15inch is one i have, and i'm sure many others, have dreamt of. Is it indeed possible to swap the asymmetric fan of a retina mb pro with the normal fan of the normal mb pro??

No, you cannot. The housings are completely different shapes and they have different types of connectors.
