iPod Touch White Screen

So i just got the replacement screen for my iPod touch the other day, and i watched a YouTube video on how to replace the screen by yourself. After replacing the screen everything worked fine until it was time for me to close the iPod completely. While t iPod was still on i tried to close the iPod but it wouldn't close so i gave it to my mom to try to close and i guess she pressed to hard on the screen or something and now the screen is all white and my iPod is still completely open. Everything seems to work fine except the screen. The volume works and everything and the screen has stuff that pops up on it, the only problem is that the screen is white and not working ! I don't know how to reattach the home button so i don't know how to reset the iPod. What should I do? I just got the screen a day ago and Im scared that the screen may be broke and I have to get another one ! Someone help please ! I NEED ANSWERS !

this is normal when opening a ipod or iphone it happens when replacing screens. just hold the home button and power and it should restart and boot up like normal.

the home button is one of the hardest to do, just follow the guides step-by-step.

And At (FF90) So theres nothing wrong with the screen right?

screen is fine just needs to be reset. you need to fix the home button first.
