How can I repair a stuck iPhone 4 power button?

My power button is stuck, no matter how hard I press it it doesn't seem to work. I don't want to press it too hard or something will break. Does anyone know how to fix it? Or do I need to buy a new one?

Hey Ben,

I would first try blowing around the edges of the button with some compressed air to try and free any dust that my be blocking the button contact. If that doesn't work, you can try following this guide to open up your device and check the power button area for any corrosion or debris.

Good luck. Hope this helps!
