Rain can short circuit electronics, starting with water entry into the charging port. Whether this caused the battery to drain is one possible issue. Disassembly should be performed to wipe off remaining water, allow inspection of wiring for corrosion and damage to electronics. Tissues, cotton swabs and isopropyl alcohol can help with clean up. If you are successful in disassembly, leave parts exposed to dry out. Placed in a tray on top of a gas stove with its pilot light supplying gentle heat, in a gas oven with similar pilot light for heat or out in the sun. Warmth over several hours will help evaporate remaining moisture. Reassemble and try recharging. The battery may recharge and allow operation. Battery specs are printed on labeling. Hopefully, damage didn't occur, the battery recharges, and you restored your Skullcandy Air Raid back to full function.
