Xbox wired controller keeps disconnecting

Hi,

I have a fake controller, which can only be used with wires. On my Xbox one. So whenever I play any game, it just turns off. Now it's not like it's gonna take a long time to connect back. But it disconnects during the game and then when I press the home button/ps button you call? It connects back. Most of the time I take out the wire and connect it back..and then it also starts working.

If you don't understand. It just disconnects during the game and I have to press the button in the middle to connect it back. Ruins my gameplay.

Hi!

Can you please identify which controller you are using? With “fake” you mean a 3rd party controller? If so, can you share the model with us??

Another thing; is the wired fixed? Or can it be replaced easily? You most likely need to replace the cable to get it working again.

Thanks!

Does the fake controller have its own removable plug for a cable in order to operate, or is it all one whole piece? Does the fake controller look like the one of the official wireless controllers? I assume that there is wired and looks like the wireless version. Also, let's call that home button the "Xbox button".

@dan0 sure! As you know LB and RB button. In there center. It is written "under control"

It has three buttons beneath the home button

On the left it's written "select"

On the right it's written "start"

And in the bottom it's written "turbo"

Now the buttons are just like the real. X,Y,B,A

And when it's on, I mean when the controller is on. The home button lights green

For the wire. The wire can be plugged out yea.

As I said most of the time I take out the wire and plug back but it doesn't work

@Theo Grefalda the cable can be plugged out. The controller does not look like an original. I mean it does a little but it's from the company "under control" .

On the back It's written "Modèle: 3403"

Hi!

Thanks for your comments!

Since the cable IS removeable, did you tried to replace it for another one??

If yes and the issue is still there, you need to open it up and check the USB port inside the controller.

First replace the cable and see if that will do the job :)!
