Hello everyone!
I have with me a Chevy Cruze 2010 with code 68 on screen and car won't crank or start, steering wheel is very heavy as well.
When I connected the OBD2 scanner, it says no faults code.
What could be the issue and how do I solve this ?

Code 68 on a 2010 Chevy Cruze indicates an A/C Clutch Relay circuit error, which means the circuit is shorted to ground. This can prevent the car from starting and may cause heavy steering.
What condition is your battery in? Are battery cables and connections clean and free of corrosion? You can remove the ac relay and ac fuse for troubleshooting and see if your car starts up.
