How can I fix reboot loop?

Hi,

I've iphone 14 pro, after falling down in a glass with water, it reboot every 5 min,

this is the panic:

Options

Try using a MacBook with a wired connection in Apple Configurator to restore the device.

This only works if the device is showing the itunes restore screen
