The Nintendo DSi is the third iteration in the Nintendo DS line, and made its debut in Japan in late 2008.

DSi won't turn on and won't charge...what happened?

I bought a DSi touchscreen from nintendorepairshop.com to replace the current one I had which was scratched up. I followed the guide on this site, putting the new touchscreen in. When I was done putting it on, I put the DSi back together. But Then, the DSi wouldn't even turn on. When I put the charger in, It would only blink on and on. I opened it back up to see if everything was seated correctly. I reconnected the Red-Black wires next to the battery board to see if that was the problem. However, it wasn't, because when I put my DSi back together again, the charger wouldn't even turn on. No flashing, nothing. Is there a problem with the fuse? If there is a solution to fixing this, please help me out.

It's pretty easy to disconnect the battery wires when you dismantle. Try pushing them in a little or buy a new dpad and see if that cures the problem.
