Hi @vincentgene

What year is the vehicle?

Check if the door lock fuse is OK and not blown

There's a dedicated 30A fuse used for the door locks but the fuse number (and location) varies as to the year i.e. 2002 = Fuse #40 power box in engine bay, 2003 fuse #30 passenger compartment fuse box, 2004 fuse #30 passenger compartment fuse box, 2005 = Fuse #20 passenger compartment fuse box, 2006 = Fuse #20 passenger compartment fuse box.

Check the fuse block layout diagram (usually in the lid of the fuse box) to see where the door lock fuse is in your particular model to verify

@vincentgene most common issue could be a blown fuse. Check fuses #30, #5, # 6 and #40 located on the Fuse Panel behind right kick panel. Use the fuse diagram from here You csn get your Ford scanned and there are DTC codes for the power locks which will definitely help for a diagnosis. If nothing else, go through the individual checks for the Power door locks by using the Ford Expedition Handles, Locks, Latches And Entry Systems chapter from the SM.
