PC suddenly has multiple issues

My PC ran fine until this morning. This morning a number of issues popped up: 1st it won't connect to wifi, it doesn't even detect any wifi networks. It won't connect to the internet through ethernet either, I also tried connecting by tethering my phone, and by linking an ethernet cable to another computer that still has internet. Then I bought a wifi dongle (TP Link AX1750) but the computer won't even detect that it's plugged in. Second it won't power off when I click "Power off". The monitors turn off but the actual computer is still on. Third, about half the time when I click the search or windows buttons nothing happens. These all just started happening at the same time this morning.

In device manager it shows the network adaptor as "working fine". I've tried uninstalling the network adapter and drivers thinking maybe it's a driver issue, but when I try that device manager freezes so it won't let me. Same thing when I try to disable it, it freezes.

Computer has an Intel core I7, RTX 3070, Asus motherboard I believe, and the network adapter says it is Realtek. Any help would be appreciated, I've tried at least 7 things I saw suggested online and nothing helps.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

@dylanperry88743 if this is a generic system then we will need to know the exact make and model of your motherboard. You are also not saying if it is a desktop or a laptop etc. (I assume its a desktop). We will also need to know what OS you are using. I assume some sort of Windows.

It's a desktop PC running Windows 10. Motherboard is built by Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. Model of the motherboard is Z490-A PRO (MS-7C75).

Try starting the PC in safe mode and check if it works OK. The WiFi won't work in safe mode (unless you select safe mode with networking) but the Ethernet should
