How to replace pcv valve
How to replace pcv valve
Is this a good question?
In order to look up the correct procedure we'll need more information, Lonnie. First of all, what year and engine size is your Highlander? The position of the PCV valve will vary depending on your answer, so if you want us to point you to the exact location you'll need to give us that.
That being said, I can point you in the right direction. Start off here on the Toyota page of the online LEMON manuals site.

Now select the correct year for your Highlander; for the sake of illustration I'm randomly picking a 2015 model year.

Next we click on the Highlander folder and see that there are quite a few choices to pick from here. Again, since I don't know the specifics of your rig, I've randomly selected the LE, 3.5L Eng VIN K, FWD option.

Scroll down and open the Engine Mechanical folder, and under that you'll find the Auxiliary Emission Control Systems folder; open that one up too. Now select the Emission Control System (2GR-FE) (Service Information) (Except Hybrid) link, taking you here.
The last folder on that page says PCV Valve; click on that and you'll see all the information you need to replace your PCV valve.
