Although I'm personally skeptical that your phone overheating is caused by malware, I can't definitively say it's not, so we'll work with what you've stated.
First step is to get rid of the malware. Back up all your data and restore your phone to factory settings. Once the entire system has been reloaded, the malware won't be able to re-infect your phone unless you help it, either by downloading an infected app or visiting a website that installs the malware on your phone, so if you avoid both of those scenarios you should be good. When you go to restore your data, be sure to not reinstall your apps yet. Go through the ones you want and make sure you download them from reputable sites like the Google Play Store.
If that doesn't fix the problem, you could always go with what would have been my first suggestion, to replace the battery.

Thanks for your valuable the advise.
I've already factory reset the phone twice before your suggestion, not even backing it up the second time. But the situation remains the same. Now, I'll either have to reload the software or throw the phone away. 'OR'
What advice can you offer on where to reload the software?
Thanking you again.
@sonatansingh The fact that you've already done a factory reset would tend to indicate a hardware problem rather than software. Other than the overheating, is there something else that makes you think the phone is infected with malware?
Thanks for reply…Besides overheating, there's another problem: slow charging. The phone seems to be working fine.
A few days ago, after opening a WhatsApp message, I was not able to close it even after several attempts, and since then this problem started occurring.
What do you think should be done if there is a hardware problem? I will follow your advice.
Thanking you,
@sonatansingh I would definitely start with replacing the battery; my granddaughter just had an iPhone with similar symptoms and a new battery fixed it right up. This guide will show you how to remove and install a new one.
