When i receive a call my phone switch off the screen even when its not on my ear

That’s usually a proximity sensor issue. The phone thinks it’s near your ear, so it keeps turning the screen off during calls.
It can be caused by:
- a bad screen replacement
- dirt/blockage near the Dynamic Island area
- damaged front sensor flex
- or a software/sensor communication issue
If the phone was repaired before or is acting strangely otherwise, check the logs and run an iPhone panic log analysis to see if the front sensor system is throwing errors.
