I wanted to erase everything because it was running slow.So I went to settings and to reset.After erasing everything,the iPhone asked me for icloud address and password , but I have forgotten everything

You could try ringing apple help and see if they can help. They’ll ask some questions to confirm the phone is yours and if you pass the questions they should be able to reset it for you.
If not it’s a paperweight I’m afraid.
