12pro max E-sim
My 12pro max E-sim is on but I cant seem to be able to receive SMS or calls with it...how do I go about this?. pls I need help!

The eSIM offers a unique ID linked to your phone that your Carrier forwards messages to via the cellular or WiFi network you are connected to by your carrier,
As long as you have a valid SIM ID you should be working. It's possible you have a duplicate of someone's SIM some sellers at Airports have been known to sell fake SIM's which was a problem which is one reason why eSIM's came to be. Are you sure you have an eSIM not a physical SIM and you only have one active is you have two.
