Bluetooth airbuds connection problem

When i connect my Bluetooth airbuds and insert both buds in my ear and play anything then only one bud plays the sound. But if both buds are used single then both works. I have tried many settings in mobile but cant fix it is there any hidden setting or something. To let you know my airbuds are completely fine if i use on another mobile and also if another airbuds of my house is used by my device the same problem happens while connected to my device.
