Is this a good question?
Hi, did you ever find a solution to this issue? I’m having a very similar problem on an iPhone 15, including the same kind of panic-full logs, battery stuck at 1%, and reboots every few minutes. If you managed to fix it, could you please share what the actual cause was and what repair solved it? Thanks!

Hi! Changed the battery and the problem was solved! Anyway, sometimes I have the same kernel panic log (but it’s very rare).
