Don't cover the earphone area
Every time I press the power button after it was in sleep mode it says don't cover the earphone area and add the volume up
Is this a good question?

The proximity sensor is what's giving you the warning about not covering the earphone area; if it's failed it could be thinking the phone is up against your face when it's not. Does the phone immediately black out when you get a phone call? That would be a definite sign you probably need to replace the sensor.
Try removing any case and/or screen protector and clean the screen in case something is interfering with your proximity sensor and see if that clears up the issue.
On the last part of your question, I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean when you say "and add the volume up". Is the volume going up automatically, is it asking you to press the volume up button, or what?
With the additional information, it's definite that there's an issue with the proximity sensor. It's located at the very top of the phone, to the left of the front camera as you're looking at the phone. Unfortunately, it's mounted directly on the motherboard, meaning that replacement requires soldering at a minimum. For most of us, that means a trip to a repair shop; generally the only fix we can do at home without soldering skills would be to replace the entire motherboard. Here's a guide that shows how to remove it.

The following video purportedly shows how to fix the issue, but unfortunately there's no audio and the guy fast forwards through it, so it's extremely difficult to make out exactly what he's doing to the phone to fix it. It does seem to involve a soldering iron but also shows some repositioning of a rubber gasket that, according to the comments, seems to have helped at least one person.

A different video shows you how to turn off the proximity sensor when you get a call; that might be a temporary workaround until you can get it fixed or replaced.

Skip forward to about the 1:30 mark; most of the first part is just him trying to figure out where the setting is at.
As I mentioned earlier, you'll definitely want to try removing any case or screen protector first and clean the screen.
This third video shows you how to get to the phone's self tests to verify the operation of the proximity sensor, so it might help too.

Hopefully something in there will help you figure out and fix the problem on your phone. Be sure to come back and let us know how it all turns out for you; whatever you learn could help the next person who comes along with this apparently common problem.

Every time I receive a phone call i.e. when the phone rings ,the screen blacks out. Also I meant the phone prompts me to add the volume up every time I press the power button when the screen is off. It prompts me to add the volume up and it at the same time it says don't cover the earphone area.
