How to replace battery

so i already went to a phone repair shop, my phone got repaired but for only 2 weeks it died. The screeen is showing something like a battery with a X please can someone answer my question

This usually means there's a problem charging. If you were previously charging it fine until now, I would guess the battery is faulty.
