Bottom Freezer door only opens approximately 6 inches. cannot see any reason for this. Appears to be a problem with the rail on the left side of the drawer.
Any ideas what might be the cause and How to fix.

Can you tell if there's any ice buildup in the bottom of the freezer compartment? Is there any scraping noise at the point where it stops?
I had one with a clogged drain tube that was filling the bottom of my freezer with ice. It didn't get to the point where I couldn't open the door, but it did end up keeping the door from closing fully. You might try defrosting it to see if it lets you open the door further, but of course that means giving up on the food inside since you can't open it. But try reaching in under the drawer to see if you can feel ice in there.
