This could be several problems, but let's try t narrow it down a little bit. If the engine stops suddenly, this it is probably related to the ignition system. If the engine slowly looses power and fades out, then it is probably fuel system related.
If you let it sit for a few minutes, does it restart easily?
If you pump the fuel priming button (assuming it has one), does it restart easily?
