No incoming/outgoing calls/text

Although there is signal, no incoming or outgoing calls and messages. It was working properly for few weeks. Suddenly people are complaining that I am not answering calls and messages.

What do you hear or message do you get, when you call your phone number from another phone?

nothing. i do not get any notification or doesn't ring from my phone, but is ringing from the other.
