@rockysmartbhai this "like U I J N O" sounds like a failed matrix on your keyboard. This could be a bad keyboard connector, errors with the keyboard "interpreter" on the motherboard or simply a failed keyboard.

I would check the keyboard cable. Make sure that it is properly seated, does not have any tears or bend/broken pins in the connector. If that checks out okay, you must consider replacing the keyboard. Now, here is the bad news. The keyboard is considered part of the top case, strictly based on the way it is connected to the top case. You'll find that it is being held in place by plastic tabs. If you wanted to just replace the keyboard, you would need to drill out the plastic tabs and use some very small screws and lots of adhesive to try and properly fasten the new keyboard. It is a PITA to do this and most of the time the keyboard that is mounted like that, works itself loose and becomes very uneven and hard to use. I would suggest you do replace the top case with the keyboard installed.

To work on your Lenovo use the Lenovo IdeaPad3 Hardware Maintenance Manual and go to page 55. There you will find the instructions on how to replace it.

While you work on your laptop, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
