Water leaking from under dishwasher (diverter valve?)

Noticed water pooling under my dishwasher and I attached a video that looks like it is a leak from the diverter valve? Any recommendations on what should I attempt to fix? I saw a video on YouTube of someone replacing the gasket but wanted to double check here. Thanks in advance
