Stuck in a infinite rebooting loop.

So, I tried to factory reset my laptop. When it boots and shows the Lenovo logo an “Install Windows” error appears and tells me that windows installation cannot proceed and to click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation. When clicking “OK” the same exact process happens again and again until the screen ultimately freezes leading me to restart the laptop repeating the whole process again. I’ve already tried windows 11 media installation, and I’ve tried hard resetting.
