Can I repair Unknown Imei and Iccid?

Back cover got destroyed and water got in all through the back panel...

I have been reading through web pages all day and well im ready to give up. My iPhone had a Phone shop look at my it and said unknown imei ad Iccid ... Is there any way i can rectify this?? new board??

It gets right through the restore and picks up the iPhone in iTunes but then prints...
