Why does the ring door cam have a $@$* sound

when anyone answers the door cam and speaks it does not sound great

it either sounds robotic or scratchy why is this

there is no issue with the network as we are one 180mbps so why is this occurring

Options

Could be a faulty speaker or speaker connection (dry solder joint?) in the door bell.

not sure if am able to access the door camera as I have never accessed the internals before
