@eliasndwete firmware, software, flashing and missing (forgotten) passwords are really not what we deal with on here. We are more of the hardware repair kind of group. For your "issue" I suggest you check those forums that deal with that.
Commonly you'll likely need to perform a Factory Reset. Hold the Power + Volume Up to reach the recovery menu, selecting "Wipe data/factory reset," and confirming. Then use your Google Account (FRP) to set it up again
Just remember this will delete all of your data (music, SMS, contacts, pictures etc.).
