Do you have replacement for outer shell of the battery?
My batteries shell are all cracked and about to render unusable. The charges are held up fine.

Sorry, you'll need to get a fresh battery or try contacting the maker of the unit. iFixit doesn't offer medical equipment parts. You might try posting a note on one of the medical social groups sites to see if someone has an old battery you can try to recover the battery shell.

@michaelh2286 let's see the damage on the "outer shell". If you are referring to the handle in which the battery is located, then you could try and use a 3D printer to create a new handle or you can try and fix the hard plastic case. Adding images to an existing question
