It won’t connect to the playstation

When I turn the PlayStation on and the controller it don’t let me connect to the PlayStation not even with the charger on

Hi!

So both with cable and wirelessly it won’t turn on? Does the LED turns on? Did you also tried the reser button at the back? What happens if you charge it through a outlet? Does the orange LED blinks?
