Please help me new at this just bought your tools to unscrew the back of lap top computer How do I get the back off ??? Screws are out need a special tool??????
For you to open the laptop, first of all remove the screws. Then you remove the keyboard out, and unscrew the screws beneath the keyboard.
Then you can now remove the base of the laptop which will allow you access to the motherboard where you'll remove the motherboard and have access to the processor cooling fan.
Take note that you have to check carefully the slots where screws are placed, you'll be rest assured that all the screws are removed.
If you can access the processor fan, then you can remove any dirts covering it's vent(preventing it from functioning),and service the fan for better functionality.
Most of the processor fans are serviceable without replacement.
