Where to find an HMD fusion replacement screen?

The HMD fusion TA-1658 replacement screen is out of stock on this website. I am trying to find a reliable replacement elsewhere but not having much luck. Received a kit from Amazon only to find out it didn't include the T3 Torx screwdriver required to remove the screws on the back even though the posting stated it was a kit for a TA-1658.
